Our towing company for Hoboken's waterfront garages: Hudson Street, Sinatra Drive and the decks by Pier A Park
The buildings along the river have some of the tightest parking decks in New Jersey. Garage managers call us because our drivers get dead cars off those decks without scraping a ceiling or blocking the ramp for an hour.
Who calls our company from the Hoboken waterfront, and how a car comes off a low deck
Most waterfront calls come from garage managers and attendants, then from tenants themselves, and nearly all involve a deck too low for a flatbed, so our driver brings dollies, moves the car to the entrance and loads on Hudson Street or Sinatra Drive, at the same $149 flat booking fee, $129 when you book online.
Garage managers with a car blocking a space or a ramp
A tenant's car that will not start in a stacked or valet garage holds up everything around it. The manager calls, gives us the level and space, and our driver arrives with dollies and a jump pack.
If it starts, it is a flat-price jump. If not, it rolls to the entrance and onto the truck outside.
Clearance bars and the truck that stays outside
Most residential decks along Hudson Street and near Pier A Park clear well under the height of a loaded flatbed. The driver never forces it.
He parks at the curb or in the garage's loading area, walks in, and brings the car out to him. The garage names the spot where the truck may stand, and we use it.
A record the garage can keep
Before the car moves, the driver photographs it on the deck, including the bumpers and the wheels. He photographs it again at the drop.
The garage manager can ask for copies, which settles any tenant question about a scuff before it becomes an argument. The certificate of insurance is available to the building on request.
Accounts for waterfront buildings
Buildings that call us more than once a season usually open an account. The manager gets a direct line, the tenant pays or the building pays depending on the arrangement, and everything lands on one monthly statement.
Owners who want their own car moved can still call us directly at the usual fee.

Call nowWaterfront garages: common questions
Short answers to what people ask about this page; the dispatcher can answer the rest.
Can your flatbed drive into our garage?
In most waterfront buildings, no, and the driver will not try. He brings dollies inside, moves the car to the entrance and loads it on the street or in your loading area.
Who pays when a tenant's car is towed off our deck?
Whoever the building arranges. Tenants can pay the driver directly, or the building can put the tow on its monthly account.
Will you move a tenant's car without the tenant's permission?
We tow at the request of the owner or an account holder with authority over the vehicle. If ownership is disputed, the building should settle that first; we do not act as parking enforcement.
Can we get copies of your photos?
Yes. Ask the dispatcher and the pickup and drop-off photos are sent to the building manager.
Anything else? Ask on the call.
